Shipping Policy

At VERVET Denim, we are dedicated to providing efficient and reliable order delivery. Here's what you need to know:

1. Timely Delivery: We make every effort to ensure your orders reach you in a timely manner.

2. Domestic Shipping: We offer domestic shipping within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands, through trusted carriers such as UPS and USPS.

3. Same-Day Shipping: Orders received by 1:00pm PST from Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00pm PST will generally be shipped the following day, except for those placed on a Friday.

4. Weekend Orders: Orders placed on a Friday after 1:00pm PST through Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday or the next business day (if Monday is a holiday).

5. Order Notifications: We'll keep you informed via email once your order is on its way.

6. Shipping Days: Please note that all shipping is conducted on business days. Shipping times may vary based on the chosen method and delivery location.

7. Shipping Options: We offer a range of shipping options to cater to your needs, including USPS Priority shipping, UPS GROUND, UPS 3 Day, 2 Day Air, and Next Day Air.

8. Billing Information: If we encounter any issues with the billing information provided, it could result in a delay in order processing. We will promptly notify you of any expected shipping delays.

9. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses: All shipments to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses are handled through USPS.

10. Order Status and Tracking: You can easily track your order's status at any time. Simply log into your account and check your orders page. Once an order has been shipped, an email containing your tracking information will be sent to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

11. Refused Shipment or Delivery Issues: Items that are either refused by the customer or undeliverable due to incorrect address details will be returned to www.vervetdenim.com. In such cases, we will credit the customer for the product cost, less the shipping charges.

12. Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order has been marked as Delivered by the carrier at the shipping address provided, our responsibility for that shipment ends. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after delivery confirmation.

If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, or building management (mailroom/locker area) and contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.

13. International Shipping: We regret to inform you that we do not currently offer international shipping services. For deliveries to Alaska or Hawaii, please allow an estimated 10-15 business days for delivery.
